BOI Industrial Partnerships Development (BUILD) hosted by Thailand “SUBCON THAILAND 2014” will be held again this year.

It is the exhibition of subcontracting parts industry in the ASEAN region’s largest for the purpose of promoting business by matching with parts manufacturers in Thailand and foreign companies and foreign companies mainly from the SUBCON.

※Hosting an industrial exhibition is among our activities as well. It showcases wide range of tools and equipment including machine tools, setting its target at automotive manufacturers and electronics / electrical components suppliers. After the Great East Japan Earthquake and resulting deterioration of electricity supply, Japanese companies have reportedly become more and more willing to shift their production capabilities to ASEAN countries. Recently, it has been an increasing trend that companies consider advancing into two different countries at a time, further to ensure reduction of various risks. Our forthcoming exhibition has naturally gained enormous popularity. Indeed, spaces for exhibition became fully occupied almost instantaneously, booked by 1200 participating companies. 25% of them are either Japanese companies or companies working with them.
